Account details (name, email, phone), company information, the records and documents you create, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide Total ISO, send the reminders and emails you configure, secure accounts, and bill you. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with Cloudflare and separated from other companies’ data. Email is sent through a transactional email provider.

Your choices

You can export your logs, ask us to delete your account, or contact us with any question at support@totaliso.com.
