23 standards, from ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 to ISO 27001, 22301, 50001, 37001, 42001, 13485, 22000, 17025, AS9100, IATF 16949, RIOS, R2, e-Stewards and NAID AAA (see the Standards menu). Every plan includes one standard. Each extra ISO management system standard is $20 a month and each extra specialist standard (recycling, food, medical, aerospace, automotive, laboratory, data destruction) is $40 a month (two months free on yearly billing). Try any of them free during your trial; change your choice any time in Settings, and billing adjusts pro rata. Shared requirements are entered once, so adding a standard doesn’t mean doing the work twice.

No software can do that. Certification is granted by an accredited certification body. Total ISO helps you build and maintain the system they audit.

The AI assistant runs on Cloudflare Workers AI, the same infrastructure that hosts Total ISO, so your text is not sent to a separate AI company. It only sees what you give it: the text you ask it to work on (for example the description of a problem and your company name) or a photo you choose to scan. Photos are read and then discarded, never kept. It never sees the rest of your records, so avoid scanning anything sensitive such as identity documents. Everything it writes is a draft for you to check; nothing is applied automatically. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of requests, and the 30-day trial includes a small one so you can try it.

Yes. Create or add each client company under your own login and switch between them from the menu. A “My companies” screen shows what is overdue, open and audit-ready across all of them. Each company is its own subscription with its own free trial, so a client can take over the billing whenever they like, and you can invite the client’s own people to their company. When the engagement ends you can leave the company; its data stays with the client.

It helps you prepare, and shows an auditor evidence in an organised way. The practice audit walks through the questions an auditor might ask, with your evidence beside each, and turns gaps into corrective actions. The audit pack shows every requirement with the records behind it. Certification itself is decided by an accredited certification body, and no software can promise the result.

Yes. Paste rows or upload a CSV file of your people, suppliers or equipment. You see a preview with any problems first, and nothing is added until you confirm. Importing the same file twice does nothing.

Yes. One click creates a sample company with six months of made-up complaints, corrective actions, objectives and documents, so you can see the charts, the audit pack and the reminders working. Remove it with another click whenever you like.

No. You send each supplier a private link by email. They answer your questions and attach certificates in the browser, on a phone or a computer. The link expires on its own and you can cancel it. Nothing else in your account is visible to them, and you decide whether to accept the answers.

Only if you send them a link. You choose one standard, how long it lasts (1 to 30 days) and you can withdraw it at any moment. They see a read-only report with the evidence for that standard, never your other data, and documents you mark as restricted are left out.

Yes. An administrator can download everything entered in Total ISO as a single file at any time.
